3D Rabbit by Imago – The European rabbit has long been domesticated, once thought to be the Normans that introduced European rabbits to England in the 11th century but recent evidence points to at least a partial release/captive population during the Roman period (1stC). Later being introduced onto every continent except Antarctica, being widely kept as livestock for fur and meat. It is now a familiar critter throughout the world. A group of rabbits is called a colony or nest whilst a warren refers to where they live.
The brand Imago has an increasing popularity on archery courses across the UK & Europe. The detailed modelling of the targets is the result of the modellers skills – who are all Fine Arts graduates – consulting videos and photographs of the animals to be modelled before starting the work, to produce 3D targets who’s poise is natural and give the target a sense of mobility.
Since targets are bought to “break them,” the material the targets are made from led Imago to invest hundreds of hours in penetration, density and durability tests to offer a product with the best combination of those properties, in combination with ease of arrow extraction. The 3D Rabbit by Imago offers excellent value for money.
