The Foam Target 4 is for beginners and bows with medium draw weights. Because of its big surface this target is also suitable for training sequences on longer distances. Foam targets have been around for a good many years and have quite a following, especially with indoor clubs and home shooters because they are light and inexpensive, another big advantage of these targets is that they do not rot in the conventional sense.
